Job Description Join Syngenta as HSE Process Risk Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader who seeks to influence, innovate, and protect. You will be the go‑to expert in process safety, guiding our teams and ensuring our risk assessment methodologies are robust, up‑to‑date, and compliant with both legislation and corporate policies. Key Responsibilities Lead and conduct comprehensive process risk assessments Provide technical expertise in COMAH compliance and risk management Supervise and mentor team members in risk assessment practices Develop and improve existing safety procedures and systems Manage projects related to process safety improvements Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Analyze and communicate complex safety data to various audiences Evaluate and implement new safety methodologies Qualifications A Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical area 10+ years' experience in chemical industry Expert knowledge of process risk assessments In‑depth understanding of COMAH legislation Strong knowledge of societal risk and human factors Proven ability to interpret technical and hazard data Experience in translating legislative requirements Excellent project management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Site Details At the Huddersfield Manufacturing Centre we make important Crop Protection products that are used in over 120 countries worldwide.
