Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance‑marketing via paid social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) Lead and execute a paid‑social strategy that aligns with business goals and optimizes for TikTok clients. Collaborate with creative, organic, and influencer/partnership teams to ensure best‑in‑class performance. Maintain and exceed monthly performance goals, presenting progress to clients and internal teams. Own strategic communication internally and externally for clients. Own performance reporting and strategy communication; produce A‑Z reports and presentations. Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to stakeholders with clear next steps. Employ AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance processes. Mentor junior talent where applicable and contribute to a constructive work environment. Qualifications 1–2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience a plus. 1+ year experience with direct‑response marketing in e‑commerce; lead‑gen and B2B a plus. 1+ year experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for direct‑response campaigns; additional platforms a plus. 1+ year experience leading paid‑social strategy for direct‑response marketing. 1+ year experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms. Client‑facing experience with email, calls, and/or Slack communication. Excellent Excel skills and advanced features. Strong marketing and business strategy acumen; clear understanding of the marketing funnel and e‑commerce. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
