Menu & Systems Assistant – London We're on a mission to be the nation's most-loved neighbourhood restaurant. Behind all that cosy chaos sits our F&B team: the detail‑obsessed heroes who make sure every recipe, system and menu works perfectly across all our restaurants. And now… What you'll be doing Help bring our menus to life and keep our systems beautifully in line, so every guest gets that same magical Megan's experience – whether they're brunching with the girls or grabbing a cheeky Deliveroo. Systems & Processes: keep our F&B systems looking sharp and accurate – Zonal, Deliveroo, recipe management, stock control, allergens, etc. Set up new menus, trials, price changes, and seasonal treats. Build tools that make life easier for our kitchens & bars (station sheets, layout guides, stock templates). Troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues from sites relating to menus, systems and processes. Create & update recipe cards, spec sheets and process docs to keep everyone in sync. Work with our Exec Chef to capture recipe photos and step‑by‑step prep instructions. Run weights & measures checks to keep dishes consistent and delicious. Support recipe costings and upload data across our systems. Help get everything menu‑ready before launch day. Assist with testing, costing and rollout alongside the F&B Manager and Exec Chef. Set up new dishes, drinks and promos across EPOS and delivery platforms. Set up new suppliers and products. Support F&B projects that improve guest experience. Bring ideas to the table and take ownership of small projects as you grow. What we're looking for An eagle eye for detail – if a comma is out of place you spot it. Confident with Excel, Word & PowerPoint, and excited to learn new platforms. Experience with Zonal or EPOS systems is a plus. Clear communicator who can work happily with Support Office, Ops & sites. Someone who genuinely adores food and how great experiences come together.
