SEN Teaching Assistant Primary (Ages 3 11)Location: HounslowStart Date: Immediate / ASAPPay: £110 £135 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)Contract: Full-time, Term-Time OnlyWe are working with a specialist SEN primary school in Hounslow, supporting pupils aged 3 to 11 with Autism (ASD), Speech & Language Needs, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD) and associated behaviours. This is a warm, nurturing setting with a strong emphasis on communication, sensory learning and emotional development.We are seeking a confident and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.What We Are Looking For:Experience working with children with SEN in a school, nursery, or care settingOR a Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Support / Early YearsA patient, calm and encouraging approach to supporting childrenConfidence in following structured routines and behaviour support plansTeam Teach / Positive Handling training is highly desirable (but not essential training can be provided)Key Responsibilities:Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups within structured classroom and sensory environmentsAssisting with communication tools such as PECS, visuals and Makaton (training provided if needed)Helping pupils to regulate emotions and engage positively in learningProviding support with personal care where requiredWorking closely with the class teacher and wider support teamWhat the School Offers:Supportive leadership and staff teamA friendly, inclusive and welcoming environmentOngoing training including Team Teach, Communication systems and specialist SEN approachesGenuine opportunities for career progression (including SEN Teacher training pathways)If you are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and want to be part of a school that truly changes lives, we would love to hear from you.To Apply:Send your CV to Ali and we will arrange next steps. #J-18808-Ljbffr
