The Role and About YouAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you\'ll start by mastering the recruitment process and candidate management: Sourcing top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal systems.Interviewing candidates to assess their fit and career goals.Managing candidates through every step, from first contact to placement.Generating leads and spotting opportunities to build your future client base.Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate with candidate and client details. When you\'re ready, you\'ll step into a full 360 role: Winning new business by building real relationships with hiring managers.Managing your own client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions.Advising clients using market insight - not just selling on price.Running end-to-end recruitment projects and seeing your work pay off in your earnings.
