Your role as a Pest Control Technician will involve covering a dedicated geographical area and providing support to customers by resolving pest issues. Key Responsibilities Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks. Tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behavior. Offer valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises. Complete accurate reports after every visit. Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times. Qualifications & Requirements Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points. Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs. May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for. Benefits & Salary Competitive salary package: £26,733 per annum basic salary. Expected OTE: £31,000 per annum with bonus and commission schemes available. Benefits: company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform and RI Rewards. Relocation package: up to £5,000 to help settle in if moving from more than 2 hours away. Full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hour week) with potential up to 48 hours and increased salary.
