D or D1 Drivers – Urgently Required -Exciting New Contract
Are you looking for a new opportunity in a business which continues to grow and where people matter? TransportConnect Ltd places a great emphasis on looking after our customers but also looking after one another. As our contracts continue to expand, there are two positions currently available starting immediately in the Ketton area.
We urgently need D Licence and D1 Licence Drivers.
TransportConnect Ltd delivers CallConnect Transport to give people from all walks of life, accessibility to their community. If you are a focussed individual who enjoys driving and caring for people in the wider community, please apply. The hourly rate for a driver from the 01 April 2025 will be circa £12.86 per hour.
We are looking to employ people who hold a current D or D1 licence, full current CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. A full enhanced DBS check will be performed on any successful candidates.
There is a career progression in Passenger Transport from 8-Seater, to D1, D and from there movement to Lead Driver, Supervisor, Office based CPC holder up to Transport Manager. It is a sector of work for any age of committed hardworking individuals.
We have vacancies for D and D1 Drivers :
CallConnect Driver Shifts work on a long day basis at Ketton with appropriate breaks given according to Drivers Hours Legislation. – 07:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday and all day on a Saturday 07:45 - 18:00. There is flexibility on the shift patterns. Full training and route familiarisation will be given. D or D1 License with current CPC and Digital Tachograph Card essential
