School Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Blair Therapies is hiring We are currently seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services for a Blair County public school district beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year. This position is full-time; however, part-time candidates will be considered, depending on the candidate’s availability.Blair Therapies is a locally owned and growing company committed to serving children and families across Blair County and surrounding areas. We offer opportunities across three dynamic departments—School Services, Early Intervention, and Clinic-based therapy—and foster a collaborative, supportive work culture where therapists are empowered to thrive.ResponsibilitiesDeliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district requirements.Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success.Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely documentation and reports.Implement evidence-based interventions and tailor goals to meet each student’s individual needs.Maintain clear and organized records, complying with school district and state guidelines.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification (Instructional I or Educational Specialist)PA State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to applyExperience in pediatrics or school-based settings a plusLocation: Bedford County School District (exact location to be confirmed upon offer).Schedule: Full-timeCompensation: $27 - $40 an hour.
