Brand Marketing Manager – The White Company Responsibilities An exciting opportunity to join the Brand Marketing team, influencing cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. Plan, implement and evaluate brand marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital, retail, brand, creative & content, PR, trade, VM, buying and merchandising channels. Collaborate with Head of Brand Marketing to shape campaign and brand strategy. Lead planning from brief to delivery of seasonal brand and promotional campaigns, coordinating with paid/owned/earned channels. Oversee all ad‑hoc 360 marketing campaigns, coordinating across channels and sales teams. Review and report on campaign performance, using insights to shape future ideas. Work with internal creative and shoot teams on concept development and secure channel‑specific assets. Maintain the cross‑channel brand communications calendar in alignment with product and brand plans. Define product priorities for all marketing moments in partnership with buying & merchandising. Define and agree campaign objectives and KPIs, including brand awareness, traffic, revenue and customer acquisition metrics. Collate results with customer insight teams to inform future campaign planning. Schedule key meetings within the business‑critical path to deliver against project timelines. Manage brand initiatives to increase visibility, reach and awareness in line with the business growth strategy. Support partnership marketing, building relationships with third‑party brands. Ensure brand integrity and company objectives are upheld across all campaigns. Monitor competitor brands and manage the brand marketing budget. Qualifications Proven track record in Brand Marketing with experience across multiple marketing disciplines. Substantial experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns within a large, multi‑category business. Strong stakeholder management, effective communication and influencing skills. Excellent project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with an annual marketing budget and forecasting. Curiosity about current trends, popular culture and emerging brands. Experience managing a small team.
