Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will assist with lesson delivery, provide 1-2-1 and small group interventions, and help pupils with their emotional regulation and social development. Your role will involve adapting learning activities to suit individual needs and ensuring a safe, encouraging environment for all learners.The CandidateThis role is perfect for a recent Psychology graduate who is considering a career in educational psychology, SEN teaching, or child development. You should be calm, patient, and resilient, with a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
