About the Role Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi‑site retail clients. You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities Carry out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs. Qualifications Valid UK driver’s licenseF‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)CO₂ Qualification Required Skills Excellent communication and time managementA strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness Preferred Skills Experience in a similar role Pay range and compensation package Competitive Salary - £49,767Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day oneFull door‑to‑door pay - earn from the moment you leave home25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysEnhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year)Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance Equal Opportunity Statement We’re committed to diversity and inclusivity.
