As Store Manager, you will: Lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture. Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively. Maximise Profitability: Implement effective sales strategies and promotions to enhance store performance. Team Development: Manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities to support career progression.
