Base pay range This role as a Technical Pre-sales Consultant in the Technology & Data industry focuses on supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions tailored to client needs. The position requires a strong understanding of technical concepts (particularly around AWS, GCP and Azure) and effective communication to bridge the gap between technical teams and clients. The company is a well-established Tech and Data Consultancy provider, recognised for its innovative solutions and commitment to delivering exceptional services to Enterprise clients across a variety of different industries. Description Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions. Provide technical expertise and demonstrations to clients during the pre-sales process. Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with company offerings. Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase products and services to potential clients. Respond to technical queries from clients and provide accurate, timely information. Assist in the preparation of proposals and tender documents to secure new business opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to enhance solution offerings. Support the transition of clients from pre-sales to implementation phases. Profile A successful Technical Pre-sales Consultant should have: A strong knowledge of cloud-based and hybrid solutions using AWS, Azure and GCP. Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales support role. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences. Solid technical knowledge and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs. A collaborative mindset to work effectively with sales and technical teams. A cloud certification such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect.
