Residence One - Interior Architect Residence One is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Interior Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to take ownership of high-end residential projects within Prime Central London. The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional attitude, with a solid understanding of interior detailing through all RIBA stages, technical delivery, and ability to document independently, from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Take technical lead across high-end residential schemes from RIBA Stages 2-5. Excellent understanding of tender documents and be able to produce them with precision and clarity, including drawings, technical packages and design schedules. Mentor and guide junior designers and foster a collaborative environment. Liaise with engineers, contractors, architects and other consultants to ensure design integration and project success. Attend site meetings and liaise with contractors and the site manager to ensure accurate delivery. Assist in on-site construction stages, demonstrating the ability to problem solve. Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and to budget. Candidate Requirements 5+ years’ experience working in the high‑end residential interiors sector. Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. SketchUp beneficial but not essential. Proven experience working on all RIBA stages. Experience producing and reviewing technical packages. A meticulous eye for detail and strong technical understanding.
