Project:Responsible for the delivery of large, multiple construction packages to agreed safety standards, quality, programme and budget.
Your responsibilities will include:- Works as part of the Senior Construction Delivery Team, taking direction from Construction Lead and Project senior leadership team (SLT), providing guidance to the wider team.
- Promotes and drives the businesses priorities through Construction to Production, Digital & Data and responsible business.
- Understands and formulates short-term plans to deliver to Programme, able to communicate with and coordinate Trade/Sub Contractors. Owns Safety, Wellbeing and Quality deliverables for specific sections of the Project.
- Contributes to establishing and maintaining Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture onsite.
- Supports Managers in leading focussed forecast Lookahead meetings, providing authority and guidance where required.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with Client and Design CMT, knowing QA process to final sign-off.
- Provides comprehensive technical expertise and understanding of Mace onsite Standards for each part of the Project, where to find them, and responsible for implementation.
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement plans, identifying key business improvements.
- Develops and maintains a series of both internal and external relationships.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and shares responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You hold a CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and a SMSTS qualification. You have proven experience in managing multiple large packages of work along with detailed knowledge of Construction methodology, process and inherent safety involved. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background.
