We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of capital sales, warranty, and refurbishment projects.Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution and timely completion of project milestones.Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with contracts, safety standards and regulatory requirements.Track and manage project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and forecasting in collaboration with Finance.Ensure quality standards are met, conduct post‑project reviews, and drive continuous improvement in project execution.Job Knowledge / Education and QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience managing capital equipment or infrastructure projects.Experience in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Visio to plan, track and deliver complex capital projects efficiently.Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) and Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD) – AIPM; Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI.Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.Founded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
