Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with spinal cord injury to live independently in their own homes.We'd like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker.Successful candidates will be contacted within 48 hoursWhat you'll be doing:Our clients have spinal cord injury. You will move into the client's home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.No experience required as full specialist training is provided.When you'll be working:Assignments between 2-4 weeks longRegular consistent work with set rolling rotas - minimum 2 weeks onYou must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clientsWhat you'll have:Kind and caring natureFlexibility & reliability continuity of care is imperative for our clientsGood communication skillsWhat to look forward to:£122.50 per day on a zero hour contract.Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas - minimum 2 weeks onAccrued holiday payRefer a Friend Scheme and earn yourself up to £1500 by recommending someone you knowPaid specialist trainingPension contributionand, of course, the support and guidance of our qualified clinical and business leadership teams so that you can really develop your career with Active Care GroupWe want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
