Riverside Nursery Schools is look for passionate and dedicated Qualified Level 2/3 Early Years Educators to join our permanent part‑time/fulltime team who will be a float. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, a strong background in early childhood education is a bonus. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in our nursery setting. You will be responsible for supporting child‑lead learning and educational activities, ensuring that each child receives the highest standard of care and support. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues to support children's learning and development. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall quality of childcare provided within the nursery. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education and childcare. Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding policies. Qualifications A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to fostering children's development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of managing individual responsibilities effectively.
