Key Areas of Responsibility Working within our busy warehouse: inventory control, tracking deliveries, material receipt, cleaning, order fulfilment (picking, packing) and shipping. Monitoring and ensuring that all KPIs are adhered to, advising changes where needed. Accurately updating data in the company’s ERP system (Quantum Control). Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications A warehousing background with exposure to logistics distribution. Experience of Health and Safety policies and procedures within the workplace. Ability to identify change and shape operations. Experience working in high‑pressure environments with excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. IT literate with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Basic overview of technical documentation that accompanies aircraft engine parts (desirable). Understanding of Quantum Control ERP software is an advantage (training provided if essential). Forklift truck licence desirable (training provided if essential). Diploma of Higher Education an advantage (not essential). The right to permanently live and work in the United Kingdom.
