Our Field Engineers are the qualified experts who dazzle our customers every day by installing or fixing products in their homes and businesses while offering professional advice. Grow your potential as a Field Technician Apprentice; earn £26,500 while gaining an industry‑recognised qualification. A full UK driving licence to use our vans is essential. Responsibilities Install and run cables across different sites. Adjust signal levels and ensure optimal connections. Configure advanced equipment. Work at heights to install and update equipment on poles. Work outdoors in all weather conditions; perform physical, hands‑on tasks in changing environments. Encourage customer referrals and earn £50 bonus for each new customer. Support the business by providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers across the region. Qualifications To be considered, you must have: A full UK driving licence that entitles you to drive our vans. Comfort and ability to work at elevated heights. Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors in all weather. Proximity to your designated areas to minimise travel time. Tech‑savvy mindset, problem‑solving skills, and a positive attitude to embody our brand values. Right to work in the UK and the ability to obtain it if required. Benefits Level 2 Telecoms Field Operative apprenticeship while earning £26,500, rising to £29,000 upon completion. 25 days holiday, increasing to 28 days after 5 years, plus your birthday off.
