Roles within the Programme Business Analyst (BA): Investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Project Manager (PM): Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Project Management Office (PMO): Establish and maintain project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control. Product Manager: Orchestrate the development, launch and ongoing success of a product, defining vision, roadmaps, and prioritising features.
