OverviewIn this role you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King and Moffatt while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.What you would doOn site delivery and compliance of EHSQ Toolbox talks RAMS PPE etc.Ensure all relevant permits are in place.On site coordination of plant hire tools and labourDirect and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.Oversee and manage labour site supervisors and subcontractors.Execution of commissioning and close out planEnsure close out of snag lists.Deliver on labour tracker.Attending internal K&M team planning meetingsManage relevant external correspondence.Order all day-to-day site materials.Update appropriate information to progress report.Maintaining K&M Document Management SystemProject specific scheduling.Communicate changes to Project team.Project quality reporting and monitoring.Oversee testing certification and handover.Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.QualificationsQualified ElectricianPrevious experience in a Site Manager or similar roleSMSTS or SSSTSExperience of managing and leading teamsProject Management experience beneficialComputer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsUp to date manual handling & safe passAdditional InformationHaving an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong dynamic and innovative organisation.As well as being supported and encouraged to develop your career here at King and Moffatt we also offer the following :Competitive salaryProfessional Development supportEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth and Wellness programsAt King and Moffatt we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation creativity and success.
