Although you’ll be known as a Product Consultant, your role will be heavily sales‑focused, allowing you to showcase your customer service skills and build lasting relationships with clients. Deliver outstanding, five‑star service, going the extra mile for every customer. Build and maintain lasting, sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Sell suitable sales packages (finance, servicing, warranty) with integrity and professionalism. Co‑ordinate order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring smooth processes. Meet monthly sales targets and customer experience standards. Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and uphold promises. Keep in touch with customers post‑sale to provide a great aftersales experience. Qualifications and skills Excellent communication, organisation and people skills. High energy and enthusiasm. Attention to detail and ability to stay organised. Desire to build a long‑term career. Full driving licence held for at least one year.
