Principal Business Intelligence Developer Join to apply for the Principal Business Intelligence Developer role at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. About the Role The Health Informatics Development Team is an agile DevOps team focused on delivering IT‑enabled change, with a DataOps group managing the complex information management environment. This senior technical and development lead position will work with a 10‑member team, leading projects across the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) delivered via SharePoint and Power BI, and the new Trust EHR system (EPIC). The role requires expertise across the stack, including EPIC front‑end reporting. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance in defining projects and designing products to meet customer needs. Manage development projects to completion, overseeing tasks to achieve project goals. Design and implement processes supporting the transition of products into operation, including support, documentation, and user training. Analyse and design solutions for issues in products and systems, delivering second/third line support. Train others and promote products and systems to customers across the organisation. Develop BI technology to consolidate and professionalise the current estate, including the EPIC stack.
