Responsibilities Taking ownership of audits from planning to completion across a diverse client portfolio, ranging from small and large companies to partnerships and sole traders Leading audit fieldwork on-site, identifying risk areas, and ensuring objectives are met Attending and contributing to client meetings at all stages of the audit process, keeping the audit manager and RI informed as required Mentoring and developing junior team members, building both their technical expertise and soft skills Driving improvements in audit processes to boost efficiency and enhance client experience Qualifications ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Strong experience in leading audits, with the ability to make decisions and escalate appropriately In-depth knowledge of audit regulations, quality standards, and risk management Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships Proven leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and team development Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure Benefits 5% profit share bonus (paid in the last three years) Fully funded ACA/ACCA study support (including paid study and exam leave) Hybrid working and early finishes every Friday Competitive annual leave package Health Cash Plan, Perkbox, and Employee Assistance Programme Foodie Fridays, quarterly socials, and a fun, collaborative culture On-site games room and free parking Pension scheme and death-in-service cover (4x salary) We're growing fast (20% YoY plans) and we're looking for people who want to grow with us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
