Quality Auditor Fixed Term (Late Shift) Join Sofina Foods Europe as a Quality Auditor in a fixed‑term position. The role focuses on ensuring food safety, legal, and quality standards by conducting audits, inspections, and process checks. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled internal audits for GMP, GHP, HACCP CCP, and other quality controls. Audit production documentation and report issues to relevant departments. Verify operation of in‑line Checkweighers, scales, and temperature probes. Monitor and validate product specifications for intermediate and finished goods. Investigate consumer and customer complaints, communicating findings to management. Perform traceability exercises on the required schedule. Carry out environmental manual temperature checks. Collect retained samples and maintain QA sample shelves. Prepare and supervise daily taste panels, documenting results and raising issues. Collate process control documentation on a shift basis for sign‑off and maintain filing system. Conduct swabbing and sampling per risk‑assessed schedule and ad‑hoc investigations. Qualifications Experience in internal audit within a food factory (desirable). Experience in a QA role at an FMCG company (desirable). Knowledge of internal audit procedures and microbiology/hygiene. Knowledge of pest control. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail. Equal Opportunities Sofina Foods is an equal‑opportunity employer.
