About the role These are exciting times at ARAG Law, where we are experiencing sustained growth across our litigation teams. We invite you to join a hard‑working and friendly group of around 60 lawyers who together make up the Complex Litigation unit. As a Senior Associate in the Property team you will run an autonomous caseload and supervise junior members, working closely with Senior and Principal Associates to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service while efficiently managing caseloads. Responsibilities Run an autonomous caseload of property disputes from inception to ADR or trial. Supervise junior attorneys and provide technical legal supervision. Maintain high standards of client service and efficient management of caseloads. Collaborate with Senior and Principal Associates across the firm. Address and resolve nuisance, trespass, boundary disputes, easements, and interference with rights of way. Qualifications Qualified and/or authorised to conduct litigation (essential). Experience providing technical legal supervision to junior fee‑earners (desirable). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Clear and demonstrable understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct. Experience and willingness to use and develop Management Information for performance enhancement. Expertise in handling nuisance, trespass, boundary disputes and easements claims. Benefits 27 days holiday (option to buy up to 5 additional days). Private Medical Insurance.
