SENIOR HOUSEKEEPER IN ROEHAMPTON

OverviewOur returning clients are seeking a full-time Senior Housekeeper for their family home located in Roehampton, Southwest London. This is a fully staffed household that includes one other full-time Housekeeper.The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and intuitive, with the ability to both take the lead on all housekeeping matters whilst working collaboratively with the second part-time Housekeeper.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the smooth running and cleanliness of the household, including general housekeeping duties and overseeing the daily standards of the homeLeading the housekeeping department, overseeing all housekeeping operations, setting high standards and offering guidance/support and delegating tasks to the second Housekeeper whilst working together as part of a teamCaring for a variety of luxury finishes, materials, and furnishingsManaging day-to-day housekeeping operations and report to the House Manager on any maintenance issues, eventually being involved with stock taking and ordering etcOccasional family style cooking (bonus but not essential)The Ideal Candidate Will BeProactive, self-motivated and have strong initiative someone who anticipates needs rather than waits for instructionExtensive previous experience working in private high-end residencesExceptional attention to detail and thorough approachGood communication skills and command of English languageChild and Dog friendlyStrong laundry and wardrobe management skillsA polished and professional presentationHighly discreetWorking days & hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4pm (with flexibility to work weekends on request) #J-18808-Ljbffr
