Join us and be part of a team that is dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.Role OverviewAs a National Account Sales Support Placement Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Distributors National Accounts team managing the likes of key retail customers such as B&Q, Screwfix, Wickes, B&M etc. Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with the NAM team to drive the distribution, sales and share of wallet of PPG products in our customer base. This placement offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in front line planning, selling, negotiation, execution, digital media and contribute to real world growth projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTo work with lead Channel NAM to administrate internally and externally the Joint business plans for each customer which will realise sales, margin and market share growth ambitions ahead of PPG’s competitors.Administrate and liaise with finance and Lead NAM to manage annual rebate tracking and accrualEnsure client link commercial excellence metrics are best in class.Ensure a fully maintained growth pipeline in CL and 7-step process is followed to drive performance.Support lead NAM to deliver sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new productsSupport lead NAM to deliver Joint business plans internally and externally to maximise results from their customer base to drive triple win.
