Drive business growth through service development and community engagement. Requirements Be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare. Desirable Level 2 qualification covering both dispensing and medicine counter assistant duties. Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within community pharmacy.
