This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified or qualified-by-experience accountant to immerse themselves in complex Joint Venture accounting within a dynamic, commercial environment.The RoleReporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for the end-to-end accounting of our Joint Venture partnerships. Your primary focus will be ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong partner relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full cycle of JV transactions, including cost allocation, revenue recognition, and invoice processing in line with Joint Operating Agreements (JOAs).Lead month-end close activities for JVs, preparing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.Prepare and issue JV billings to partners and provide robust support for partner and statutory audits.Contribute to the preparation of insightful monthly JV management reports.Uphold strong financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.What We're Looking ForA part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE with a solid accounting foundation.3-5 years of accounting experience, with proven exposure to Joint Ventures.Oil & Gas industry experience is highly desirable.Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with SUN Systems is a significant advantage.Excellent attention to detail, superb organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.A clear communicator and a collaborative team player.The OfferA competitive salary of up to £85,000.A high-value, performance-related bonus (c. 20%).A pivotal role within a prestigious company, offering excellent career development and exposure to complex, international JV operations.Ready to Apply?If you are a proactive accountant with Joint Venture experience and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
