Due to our continued growth, we are pleased to be recruiting an additional Field Care Supervisor to join our existing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with a team of Care Assistants to support the care of our service users. We deliver outcome‑focused care, allowing plenty of time to meet service users’ needs. The role Support Care Assistants and Service Users across our Hertfordshire branch. Complete assessments with service users and develop personalised person‑centred care plans. Complete checks to identify any changes of requirements and amend care plans appropriately. Audit medication charts regularly, highlighting any additional training requirements. Coaching and mentoring of care assistants. Attend new referrals and advise service users on different care options available to them. Build and maintain professional relationships with all areas of Abbots Care and external stakeholders. Salary £29,000 per annum. Paid development training to support your career. Diploma / NVQ training from level 2 to level 5. Access to our Employee Wellbeing app & Employee Assistance Programme. NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care or prepared to work towards it. Ability to complete and maintain records and reports such as service‑user assessments and reviews. Holding a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Approachable, caring, kind. Self‑motivated. Strong attention to detail and a completer/finisher. A team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to both lead and be part of a team providing direct care and support.
