This role offers an agile 3,2 working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Site Introduction In 2021, pladis proudly opened the doors to our vibrant global hub, the MIU Campus. Located in the heart of Chiswick Park, West London. Just a short 5-minute walk from Gunnersbury Station, our campus is nestled within 33 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering a welcoming and inspiring environment for all. Chiswick Park is home to both our UK and Global Corporate teams, bringing together diverse teams across the business. What will this role achieve? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our commercialisation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, process, governance and reporting of projects. The initiatives, whilst mostly branded (McVitie's, Jacob's etc.) requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration with the objective of achieving World Class execution. The commercialisation team covers process enablement, cross functional integration, risk mitigation and project portfolio consolidation. This role reports into the Commercialisation Controller and works alongside a team of Project Managers. What will be your key deliverables? Accountable for planning, governance and delivery on time, in full of projects approved through the commercialisation forum Delivery of projects through the pladis stage & gate system Owning the timeline, tracking and reporting on the progress / issues in an accurate and timely manner. Highlighting compliance to plan, key issues and risks Identify projects at risk : Escalate when appropriate, collating options, impact and a recommendation for alignment or decision Ensure tight control of project scope, action standards and guard rails, with clear approval process through Commercialisation for any change Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within individual projects. Assure timely adaptive action is taken Ensuring the delivery of pack change projects, including smooth transition when changing sku's or codes & mitigating any existing packaging write off Ensuring initiatives with interdependencies are identified, communicated & aligned through the process e.g. outside of the UK / other markets, Brand and Own Label when product and / or material changes will affect Bring your experience. Essential Project Management experience Expert within at least one area of the business e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Procurement or Technical Track record of delivering projects requiring significant cross functional collaboration Desirable FMCG Experience Commercial acumen Experience working across more than one function or discipline Formal project management qualification e.g. Prince What will the interview process be? Initial Telephone call with Talent Acquisition 1st stage interview - 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences. 2nd stage interview - 60 minutes - a technical interview to understand your skill set / case study or presentation interview. pladis does also use both Psychometric and Aptitude tests to support our processes so you may be asked to complete these as part of your process.
