Head of Talent | Neurodiversity Champion | Driving Inclusive, Future-Ready Workforces Enterprise Architect – Group-Wide Technology & Transformation About the Role Kinbrook Group are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide architecture across a complex, multi-entity professional services organisation. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role — ideal for an architect who not only defines the blueprint but also shapes and drives its practical implementation. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and programme teams, you will present the enterprise architecture vision and service strategies directly to executives and boards, guiding strategic decisions while ensuring alignment between technology investments and business objectives. You will act as the guardian of coherence, embedding governance, standards, and scalable frameworks across finance, HR, payroll, CRM, sales, and operational platforms. Above all, you will help shape the future operating and service models that enable innovation, scalability, and long‑term resilience across the group. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a long‑term strategic roadmap for all IT systems architecture across multiple business entities. Translate business strategy into a cohesive enterprise architecture that drives operational excellence, scalability, and innovation. Lead the definition and enforcement of group‑wide architecture principles, governance frameworks, standards, and policies. Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives, ensuring architecture supports business goals. Work with the internal teams to translate architecture into actionable solutions, providing hands‑on guidance where needed. Design, integrate, and manage complex infrastructure solutions (e.g., VMware, Citrix) across applications, hardware, and systems. Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organisation. Facilitate architectural review boards to evaluate project proposals for fit, scalability, and alignment with strategic roadmap. Promote shared infrastructure and application roadmaps to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and streamline information flow. Drive continuous improvement through technology evaluation, vendor selection, and innovation adoption. About You Proven track record as a Enterprise Architect, providing leadership across large‑scale transformation and multi‑entity environments. Experience architecting and deploying integrated solutions across finance, HR, payroll, CRM, sales, and operational systems. Strong ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on delivery levels, defining vision while actively shaping solutions. TOGAF certified. Exceptional ability to simplify complexity, communicate clearly, and build consensus across business and technical teams. Skilled in managing multi‑party governance environments, aligning diverse stakeholders around a unified architectural vision. Comfortable with ambiguity, able to challenge conventional thinking, and make principled decisions on new technology investments. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills with experience influencing executive and board‑level decisions. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8–15 years’ experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and IT strategy leadership within complex organisations.
