Working as a key part of the critical path, you’ll create new and innovative designs across Menswear, focusing on Knit and Swim. Responsibilities Travel on sourcing trips to China, Bangladesh, and research trips to cities such as Paris, Stockholm, Ibiza, or Berlin. Research the latest trends relevant to various customer profiles and communicate this information to your team and senior managers. Produce creative designs that reflect the latest trends and represent the Next customer base. Brief suppliers and build strong relationships while working closely with the Print Designer & Buyer to support the whole design process from planning new ranges to product selection. Qualifications Previous experience working within a UK brand or high‑street retailer. Experience in a similar product area is essential. High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (from initial trend concepts to final tech packs). Strong taste, passion for the latest trends, and ability to translate them into designs. Ability to thrive in a pressured, demanding workplace and collaborate as part of a team. Team You would be joining an amazing team whose enthusiasm for trend and elevation is the main focus.
