Senior Children's Residential Support Worker Join to apply for the Senior Children's Residential Support Worker role at Witherslack Group £36,231 - £40,640 (assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month) Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life. This role requires you to be there for the highs and lows, support our young people, ensure smooth daily operations, and inspire the team to meet high standards. You’ll also deputise for Team Leaders when required.
