OverviewAssembly & Build Technician — Autonomous Robotics | Oxford | £Competitive + BenefitsWe\'re recruiting for a fast-growing autonomous robotics company that\'s revolutionizing warehouse intelligence. They design and build their robots in-house, and they need skilled Assembly & Build Technicians to join their electro-mechanical production team.ResponsibilitiesAssembling complex electro-mechanical subsystems and complete robotsWorking from technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly proceduresInspecting, testing, and signing off completed assembliesTroubleshooting and problem-solving on the workshop floorContributing to continuous improvement and R&D projectsSupporting the wider team to hit ambitious deadlinesThis isn\'t production line work - it\'s proper technical assembly where attention to detail matters and every robot you build gets shipped globally.What They're Looking ForEssential:Experience in manual build and assembly of complex, high-precision mechanical and electrical systemsProven ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamAccountable mindset - you own the quality and delivery of your workExperience inspecting and testing assemblies to specificationComfortable working under pressure and adapting to rapid changesStrong communication skills and a proactive attitudeWorking knowledge of Health & Safety proceduresDesirable:Background in precision manufacturing (motorsport, aerospace, automotive, industrial equipment)Experience with robotics or automation systemsWhat\u2019s In It For You?Private healthcare via BupaLife insurance and income protectionPension: 5% employer contribution25 days holidayFull meals on-siteTeam events and a genuinely energetic company cultureThe chance to be part of something genuinely exciting and fast-movingThe Reality CheckThis is a high-performance environment.
