Your role As part of our Nuclear New Build business, the Project Delivery Capability team specialises in taking on complex engineering projects across the board, from technical leadership to project management. Work across our Nuclear New Build business, leading the delivery of AtkinsRéalis engineering projects or embedded in our clients’ programmes. You will receive on‑the‑job training and support to navigate your career path. Support major projects such as Hinkley Point C, the Small Modular Reactor programme, UK EPR design centre, Sizewell C and UKAEA client projects, travelling across the UK as required. We’re in a time of exciting growth as we engineer a cleaner, zero‑carbon future for our planet. About You Managing work packages under guidance of a Senior PM or Programme Manager. Building on an ongoing track record of delivery against defined margin, schedule and quality requirements. Reviewing, measuring and adhering to procedures and standards set externally or internally. Ideally You Are Excellent communicative skills and motivated by working within a dynamic, diverse project delivery environment. Adamant about taking on new challenges and keen to learn while supporting others within multi‑disciplinary teams. Motivated to build on your Project Management experience to deliver outputs to agreed time, cost and quality requirements. Familiar with stakeholder management. Familiar with a range of PM tools such as MS Project, Online Stage Gates, Enterprise Advantage, iGate, JDE.
