2 x Team Manager | Full Time | Adult Disability Service | South Ribble Salary: £32,062 – £36,363 per annum Employment: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Hours of work: 37 per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays as required. Job Description The role will involve being the manager of two or three teams of staff who support adults with learning disabilities living in their own homes, ensuring effective support to the people who use the service. It will include weekend and evening work, as well as some on‑call and sleep‑in duties. You will support people in different settings, who need additional help to live independently, and bring compassion, empathy and a sense of purpose into their lives. Responsibilities Manage and lead two or three teams of staff facilitating support for adults with learning disabilities. Work directly alongside staff to provide effective support to service users. Handle weekend, evening, on‑call and sleep‑in duties as required.
