Project Manager – Addison Project Role: Project ManagerStatus: Contract, 12 months outside IR35Location: Derbyshire Addison Project Plc are seeking a contractor to provide Project Management services for a site-based EPCm project in Derbyshire. Scope & Responsibilities Provide site-based Project Management services from Front‑end through detailed design, construction, commissioning/hand‑over Full responsibility for EPCm delivery to install a new process integrated into an operational manufacturing plant Day‑to‑day client interface and stakeholder management on site Own safety leadership and compliance on site; drive permit‑to‑work and CoW discipline Plan and control scope, schedule, cost and risk (baseline, updates, recovery plans) Coordinate multi‑discipline design (Process, Mech, EC&I, Civils/Struct) and constructability reviews Procurement oversight and contractor management (RFX, selection, onboarding, performance) Change control, TQs/RFIs, EWNs/CEs (as applicable), and clear reporting cadence Quality management and completions/turnover (ITPs, punch, MC/PC, O&M) Commissioning coordination and readiness (systems turnover, start‑up plans, RAMS) Weekly progress reporting and dashboards for client and Addison leadership Brownfield tie‑ins, outages/shutdown interfaces, and live‑plant work coordination Experience Required Proven PM experience delivering EPC/EPCm projects in heavy industry (minerals, bulk materials, chemicals) Strong brownfield integration and shutdown/outage planning experience On‑site leadership of construction and contractors in a live‑plant environment Solid planning skills (Microsoft Project) and cost/risk control Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision making Other Information Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Contract: 12 months outside IR35 Industries: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing To all applicants: In line with legislation, this position is only open to candidates who have indefinite eligibility to work in the UK.
