Executive Search Consultant - Client Facing Opportunity Looking to start a career that blends research with client and candidate engagement while earning a competitive salary in year one? About the Role As a junior consultant you will shadow senior partners, learn market mapping, and acquire talent across a range of sectors before specialising in your chosen area. Responsibilities Shadow client briefings to understand business, culture, and hiring needs. Conduct in-depth reviews of role requirements, qualifications, and expectations. Research and map target companies to identify potential clients and candidates. Screen, interview and assess high‑calibre candidates. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, manage references and negotiate offers. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and industry developments. Qualifications Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university. Demonstrated commercial acumen through internships, placements or paid work. Strong analytical and research skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Passion, drive, and a proactive approach to professional growth. What We Offer Competitive compensation: Base salary of £36,000.
