Monitor residents’ health, hygiene, and overall wellbeing. Assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations. Oversee clinical skills including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and wound management. Support induction and ongoing supervision of staff. Conduct care audits and maintain communication with families and healthcare professionals. Identify and report risks or safeguarding concerns. Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies. Package & Benefits: Salary up to £55,000 per annum. Refer-a-friend bonus of up to £1,000. Fully funded training to QCF Level 5. Blue Light care discount scheme. Company pension plan. About You: Proven experience leading care assistants and Registered Nurses. Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin. QCF Level 3 Diploma or higher in Health and Social Care. Familiarity with CQC regulations and key lines of enquiry.
