A highly regarded independent construction and property consultancy is seeking an Executive Cost Consultant to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and career-driven Executive Cost Consultant to work on a variety of high-profile projects across the residential, commercial, education and cultural sectors. The successful Executive Cost Consultant will support both pre- and post-contract duties, working alongside experienced professionals on complex schemes across the UK. The role offers clear progression pathways, full support towards MRICS, and the chance to develop within a collaborative and structured environment. This role is ideal for an early-career Executive Cost Consultant looking to gain hands‑on experience, build technical skills, and grow within a consultancy that values long-term development and professionalism.
