We invite you to apply for the School Meals Supervisory Assistant (SMSA) role at Lighthouse Schools Partnership. Position: 7.5 hours per week (every day 11:50 – 13:20). Fixed‑term until 31 August 2026 with possible extension due to staffing review. Salary: Grade JG1C SCP2 £24,413 per annum. Actual weekly salary: £4,251.70. Start date: 1 January 2026. The Role You will carry out all the responsibilities of an SMSA supervising both in our dining hall and on the playground, helping the children to have a safe and happy lunch time. An ability to organise simple games and interact with the children is desirable. We Also Offer Collaborative working within our Trust community to support our endeavours to work smarter. Our School Fishponds is a large, exciting, multicultural and multi‑faith Church of England Primary School community in the city of Bristol. The Trust is cross‑phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. It is a mixed MAT and includes both non‑denominational and Church of England schools.
