Role: D365 F&SCM Programme Manager
Location: London / Fully remote

Contract length: 12 months
Day Rate: £650 - £750 a day outside IR35

An end-user client, who I am working with at the moment is looking for a F&O Programme Manager to lead a D365 Greenfield implemenation. 
They are initially offering a 12 month, outside IR35 contract which will likely be extended a further 12 months at least.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Management: Lead Dynamics 365 F&O projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing all aspects of the project.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the end-user, understanding their business needs and ensuring their objectives are met through the effective implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of technical and functional consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Solution Delivery: Oversee the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, ensuring they meet the project requirements and adhere to best practices.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and adherence to high standards.
Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in D365 F&O SCM, with a focus on functional configuration, implementation, and support.
Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts, processes, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with key D365 F&O modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, and Warehouse Management.
Excellent communication
Experience lead 3+ end to end implementations of D365 F&O with focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
