Duties:
Provide assistance to the finance department, supporting day-to-day operations.
Process delivery notes accurately.
Ensure the precise processing of invoices and statements.
Maintain efficient filing and archiving systems.
Support the Management Accountant and Financial Controller with any ad hoc duties.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Previous experience in finance or education within finance is required.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Be hardworking and dedicated, always striving for excellence.
Possess a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic, contributing to a vibrant team atmosphere.
Be able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
