Responsibilities Notify the team of pick‑up points and timings for each shift. Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner. Complete a team attendance sheet, recording stock counters, attendance and bus arrival time. Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner. Stand for prolonged periods and use access equipment where required to reach high stock. Requirements Full driving licence. Ability to work unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; must be at least 21 years old. ‘Can do’ attitude, able to work long shifts on large counts. Quick learner; experience handling stock is an advantage but not required. Compensation & Benefits Salary: £13.73 per shift (inclusive of holiday pay – £12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay). 8‑10 hour stock‑count shifts, vehicle (8‑seater minibus) provided. Driving time and expenses paid. Eligibility for quarterly bonus (criteria apply). Progression opportunities, generous holiday pay, pension contribution.
