Job Overview Sales Operations Executive role at Nomios UK&I Nomios' mission is to build a “secure and connected” future. In support of our continued UK growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Sales Operations Executive (SOE) to join our Sales Operations Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the sales team and the wider business, play a key role in the sales cycle and contribute to driving process improvement within the team. Key Responsibilities Working with the sales team to create quotations Order processing and liaison with suppliers Generating client invoices Service contract administration Accurate record keeping and report analysis CRM/ERP systems management Credit control Provision of essential business‑wide support Requirements Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills Organised and professional with the ability to multi‑task Meticulous attention to detail Ability to use initiative and work independently Strong team player Proactive, ‘can‑do’ approach, and willing to rise to a challenge Problem‑solving skills Ability to work calmly under pressure Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Degree or equivalent preferred Job Specifics Location: Basingstoke office with flexibility for occasional home‑working by agreement Hours: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:30 pm Why Join Nomios?
