SGK is a Matthews International company.We are recruiting for a Dispatch - Goods in/out - Supervisorto join our team in Witham.This role will be Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESStock control- receipting goods in, checking quantity/quantity/allocating to location and job or house stock.- Working with Operations Admin – weekly stock takes- Centralised stock control – working with operators to ensure they have what they need- Housekeeping – HSE conscious, support and sustain lean initiatives.Goods out- Final set of eyes before the packages leaves the site – has it met the job packing spec & meet out internal QA standards- Is it the most cost-effective way to deliver this project.- On Time Deliver – achieve the weekly target of 98%- Build strong relationships with couriers.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in a similar roleAbility to communicate with staff, clients and at all levelsGood IT skills including MS Word, Excel and OutlookWork under pressure and to be able to determine and organise prioritiesFLT Counterbalance preferable#LI-CW1Matthews International endeavors to make our employment website and application process accessible to all users and applicants.
