Community Staff Nurse - School Readiness (Health Visiting)Please note for Welsh students, you must apply via Streamlining where all available jobs can be locatedWe are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Community Staff Nurse to work within our Flying Start multi-disciplinary team based in the Denbighshire area.The post holder will support the Health Visiting Team to provide a service based on the Healthy Child Wales Programme as indicated by Welsh Government.
